The Importance of Self Care
[00:01:05] Self-care is the foundation for success. We live in a world that celebrates the hustle and bustle and constant productivity. But here's the truth. If you don't take care of yourself. You won't have the energy or mental clarity to chase your goals effectively.
[00:01:22] Self-care isn't selfish, it's necessary. Think of it like this. If you're trying to pour into your work, your family, or your dreams, but your cup is empty, there's nothing left to give. Self care is about refilling your cup so that you can give your best to everything you're trying to achieve. It's the foundation that allows you to perform at your highest level.
[00:01:47] Self-care is not about bubble baths or spa days, but those are really great too. I'm talking about small, consistent actions that protect your energy and mental health. And here's why it matters.
Physical Self Care
